The cantilever lift is a type of freight elevator designed for lifting oversized cargo of medium weight to a great height. The maximum load capacity can be 1.5 tons, and the lifting height is up to 15 m.

The device consists of mechanical and hydraulic parts. The mechanical part, in turn, consists of a fixed frame with guides and a movable platform. The electro-hydraulic part consists of an electric motor, pump, hydraulic cylinders, oil tank, switchboard and control panel.

The hydraulic station can be located in the pit under the platform or outside the hydraulic lift.

The exact lifting capacity and lift height directly depend on the effort of the hydraulic cylinders and the height of the rack.

The standard equipment of the lift includes: limit switches, safety valve, control panel, emergency release valve and oil station.

Features of installation of the cargo console elevator

The hydraulic cantilever lift can be installed indoors, for example, in a warehouse, and outside (provided that the foundation is prepared in advance).

Despite the fact that the design is stable in itself, in order to comply with safety standards, it is necessary to have a load-bearing wall or the possibility of attaching it to the floor floor. If it is planned to install cantilever equipment with a high lifting height, mounting on a load-bearing wall is mandatory.

The required voltage for the lift is 380V.
