Interfloor hydraulic lift: design features

An interfloor elevator is a type of hydraulic elevator designed to transport goods to great heights. The lifting height of the device itself depends on the number of installed scissor-type mechanisms in the structure, the dimensions of the platform and easily increases at the request of the customer.

The device consists of a mechanical and electro-hydraulic part. The mechanical part includes a reinforced upper platform, the required number of scissor-type lifting mechanisms (depending on the lifting height) and the base. The electro-hydraulic part has the following main details: electric motor, pump, hydraulic cylinders, oil tank, control panel, control panel. The hydroelectric station can be placed either on the base (built-in) or outside the lift (remote).

An important difference of this equipment is the need to install guides provided that the height of the load is more than 2 meters. This helps to avoid play backlash during movement. The maximum number of possible guides reaches 4 units.

Features of installing a floor lift table

A lifting table of this type is installed without laborious preparatory work. For normal functioning, it will have to be placed in a pit with a depth of about 0.5-0.9 meters. This is enough to ensure that the design is securely fixed for the duration of the work. Installation is possible indoors and out: scissor mechanisms are resistant to climatic conditions.

The required voltage for the lift is 380V. According to the recommended fire-technical requirements, the marking of the power cable should be “VVG 5 * 1.5” / “VVG 5 * 2.5”.
