Truck unloader is a type of hydraulic equipment designed for mechanized rear unloading of onboard vehicles with grain products and other bulk materials. Allows to significantly simplify and speed up the unloading processes.

A feature of this equipment is its high resistance to aggressive operating conditions, incl. to periodic mechanical stress on the platform structure.

The onboard vehicle with a semitrailer drives onto the lifting platform along the entrance ramp and is fixed in the stops. After opening the tailgate of the vehicle, the operator raises the platform. The load is poured into the bunker, which is equipped with a horizontal conveyor.

Composition of the truck unloader

The main part of the unloader includes:

• the main platform with a double bottom and gratings (the grates are located behind the front and in front of the hind legs, the grates are removable in the area of ​​the hydraulic cylinders);
• platform support (axle);
• racks (A-shaped);
• support beams;
• oil station and hydraulic equipment;
• electrical equipment;
• safety chains for a car and a trailer;
• parts for installation and spare parts.

The platform structure is collapsible, on high-strength bolts (for ease of transportation and installation). Platform structures are processed (sandblasting), coating – soil, paint.
